Types of trasformations realizable
CABRIO CONVERTIBLE
This type of transformation involves the installation of a central rugged roll-bar and new car shell/chassis structures.
CONVERTIBLE
This type of transformation involves the installation of new car shell that contributes to the vehicle’s safety. This change keeps the design of the original vehicle
BEACH CARS
This type of transformation involves the elimination of the front doors of the cars. Depending on the vehicle model that will be transformed there will or won’t be installed a safety roll-bar integrated on the new structure.
SPECIAL LUXURY CARS
This type of transformation involves the esclusive change of the vehicle shell, interiors, sittings and varnishing. It could also involve the application of spoilers, minikirts, bumpers, decorative projections ext.
The final goal of our ability in styling trasformations, is to better the styling lines already existing on the vehicles without compromising their original spirit.
Processing procedures
Our projects are uniques but all our processes follow a procedure model strengthen over time by the Vernagallo Style staff in order to grant reliable vehicles.
All work will interest only the car shell and will leave unaltered the original mechanical properties of the vehicles.
Structurally, the vehicle will maintain the same original rigidity ensuring safety to the people inside the vehicles.
The Vernagallo Style © intervenes working on the floor and on its sides, structuring with molded case of steel adapted for each insertion position and each type of resistance.
To avoid the windscreen’s ring vibration inside there will be added a steel tube-shaped that will ensure rigidity.
Models that require it, will be fitted with a rugged roll-bar with different shape and position for each vehicle model transformed. This change also helps the rigidity of the car shell.
On the back, again, only models that will require it, it will be created and welded a new transom which will link the left and right sides of the back, recreating the correct origin structural rigidity. On the transom will then be installed the hinges for the new rotation of the trunk door, keeping the original capacity.
Changes will stylistically and smoothly integrate with the line of the original vehicle, thus maintaining the spirit of the same style.
All interiors, sittings and parts exposed to the air will be made with appropriate materials, matching the customer’s needs who may require special arrangements.
On trasformed models that require it, the roofing material will be waterproof and built on closing structures, effectives on sealing and insulation.
Modality
The accumulated experience throught the work and collaboration on behalf of themost important national and international car manufacturers, allowed us to create two simplemodeles that the customer can rely on. Other specific solutions can be discussed directly with our technical managers
SOLUTION (A)
The customer provides his car/vehicle tolling. The Verngallo Style © will then execute the type of transformation chosen by the customer and will wait for the final homolagation from the Tests Centre of Motor Vehicles of the Italian Ministry of Infrastructures and Transports.
For this solution, the Vernagallo Style © will exclusively grant for work performed on the car shell, the supporting structure and administrative practices.
SOLUTION (B)
The customer does not have the car/vehicle that wants to transform.
The Vernagallo Style © will provide its customer a new or used vehicle on which will perform the transformation chosen by the customer. All the procedures will be finally completed with the final homologation from the Tests Center of Motor Vehicles of the Italian Ministry of Infrastructures and Transports.
For this solution, the Vernagallo Style © will grant for the work performed on the car body, the structure, mechanics and administrative practices.
Notes
It should be noted that on the perspective of ministerial homologations is better to work on vehicles/means of transport already registered with Italian license plates. In case the customer has a vehicle/mean of transport registered in a foreign country, the Vernagallo Style© is still able to perform its work but will require more specific administrative procedures for receiving a final homologation, increasing proportionally the customer’s economic investment.
